WorkCover, NDIS, and HICAPS for private health claiming is available onsite. With the exception of plan-managed NDIS participants, accounts must be paid in full on the day of the appointment and our friendly reception team will prepare the necessary information for you to claim your entitlements.

Minors
There is no age limit to treating minors. Parents are required to attend the appointment if the child is under 16 years of age.
Cancellation Policy

To avoid the consult fee, notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule so we can arrange to care for another client during that time. If the required notice is not given and you can’t make your appointment but we are successfully able to fill that place, no fee will be charged.
