With the exception of plan-managed NDIS participants, accounts must be paid in full on the day of the appointment and our friendly reception team will prepare the necessary information for you to claim your entitlements.
GP Health Care Plans (CDMs)
Medicare will rebate your consultation up to an amount which increases every year. For an example for the 2022-2023 financial year the rebate from Medicare was $56. Your GP will usually send this directly to us but sometimes you will need to bring this to us if they give the paperwork to you. While we provide the claiming facilities for this as an added service to our clients, eligibility for any rebates though insurance or Medicare is your responsibility to manage to ensure you can access your entitlements.

Self-managed and plan-managed participants.

There is no age limit to treating minors. If a parent is booking in a child, there is the option to have an initial appointment without the child so the parent can discuss any issues freely.
