Meet Our Exercise Physiologist

Mitch joins the team with over 10 years of experience in areas of strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, youth development, athletic development and performance, and more specifically lower limb rehabilitation. Growing up in Alice Springs NT, he moved to Ballarat in 2010 in pursuit of University and AFL coaching opportunities. Since then he has stayed and made Ballarat his new home as opportunities have arisen. As a junior sportsman, Mitch participated in baseball, athletes track events, beach volleyball, and Australian rules football at both state and national levels. Now into his late 20’s he has retired from impact sports and enjoys competing in regional cross country running events and the adventurous Sunday long run.
